Cloudprointl offers free shipping for orders worldwide. You can enjoy free shipping after placing an order without using a discount code or meeting a minimum spending threshold.

Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options to provide you with the best shopping experience. The estimated delivery time for most areas is 7-15 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking number and logistics carrier information via email or account notification. You can track the status of your package in the following ways:
- Go to the logistics carrier's official website and enter your tracking number to query;
- Log in to the Cloudprointl website, go to the "My Orders" page, and click on the relevant order to view the real-time delivery progress.

Recipient Signature and Receipt
Delivery and Signature: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and that someone is available to receive the package when it is delivered. If the recipient is unable to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt to re-deliver or return the package to the sender.
Delivery Issues: If the package you received is damaged or items are missing, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving it. We will do our best to resolve the problem and assist you with related matters.
Order Processing Time
We will process the order within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. Special holidays and holidays are excluded. Once the order is confirmed, we will send the order confirmation and delivery information by email. Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct in order to receive these notifications.
Cloudprointl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered to freight forwarding services. If you choose to use such services, you will assume responsibility for any damage or loss of the shipment. We will not replace or refund orders that we reasonably believe have been delivered but are subsequently reported as lost or damaged. You will bear all risks for any orders delivered through freight forwarding.
