If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, or find quality problems during use, Cloudprointl will provide you with a return guarantee within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Scope of application

This policy applies to all products purchased through the Cloudprointl official website.


Please check the following contents in time after receiving the goods:

  • Whether the goods are consistent with the order information (such as style, color, model, quantity, etc.);
  • Whether the product packaging, accessories, tags and brand labels are intact;
  • Whether there is damage, quality defects or delivery errors.


The following situations are not within the scope of the return and exchange policy:

  • Goods purchased from non-official channels of Cloudprointl;
  • Goods marked as "final sale" or "promotional special price" (subject to the product page description);
  • Goods that have not been returned within the specified period.



Return conditions

Time requirements: Please submit a return application within 30 days after signing for the goods (subject to the logistics signing time);

Product status: The goods must be unused, kept in new condition, and come with complete original packaging, labels, tags, protective films, accessories and instructions.



Returns are not supported in the following cases

  • Orders that exceed the return period (30 days);
  • The product has been used or has obvious signs of wear, scratches, stains, etc. that affect secondary sales;
  • Products purchased from non-official channels of Cloudprointl;
  • Products that have been processed, modified or customized.



Exchange conditions

  • Product quality issues: including but not limited to fabric damage, unthreading, uneven dyeing, accessories falling off, etc.;
  • Logistics damage: obvious damage or stains caused during delivery;
  • Delivery error: The received product does not match the order model, size, color, and quantity;
  • Time requirement: Please apply for exchange within 30 days after receipt, and we will handle it for you after approval.



Return and exchange process

To ensure the efficiency of return and exchange processing, please follow the following process:


Step 1: Submit an application

Submit a return and exchange application through the Cloudprointl official website or customer service email, attach the order number, reason for return and exchange, and clear photos (if quality issues are involved, please attach detailed photos).


Step 2: Review feedback

We will complete the review within 1-3 working days after receiving the application and inform you of the review results by email. After the review is passed, the return address and operation instructions will be provided.


Step 3: Return the product

Please return the product together with the original packaging, labels, accessories and instructions. Be sure to use a reliable logistics service and keep the logistics documents for reference.


Step 4: Refund or exchange processing

Refund processing: After confirming that the returned product has been received and meets the conditions, we will return the money to your payment account within 10 working days. The arrival time varies slightly depending on the processing speed of the payment channel.

Exchange processing: We will re-ship within 7 working days and provide a new logistics tracking number by email.



Shipping policy

Return for personal reasons: If it is not a product quality problem or delivery error, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by you. It is recommended to use a trackable transportation method.

Return and exchange due to quality problems or wrong delivery: Cloudprointl will bear the round-trip shipping costs and must use our designated logistics channels.



Refund and Exchange Instructions

Refund method: The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when placing the order. The specific arrival time is affected by the processing time of the bank or payment platform.

Exchange method: The exchanged goods will be sent by standard logistics methods, and a new tracking number will be provided so that you can check the delivery progress at any time.



Special product instructions

Environmentally friendly packaging products: If the product uses degradable and environmentally friendly packaging, please provide a complete packaging photo when returning the product. Packaging damage may affect the return review result.

Force majeure factors: If the return is delayed due to force majeure such as natural disasters and epidemic blockades, it will not be considered as a breach of contract by the customer.

Abuse of return policy: If the user has malicious return behavior (such as frequent returns, swapping of goods, etc.), Cloudprointl has the right to permanently freeze the account and pursue relevant responsibilities in accordance with the law.



Notes

Please be sure to properly retain the original packaging, accessories and logistics vouchers of the product to avoid affecting the return processing due to transportation or loss.

If the returned product has obvious signs of use, defects or incomplete accessories, we may deduct part of the refund amount or refuse the return at our discretion.

All return and exchange applications are subject to official review by Cloudprointl, and the final right of interpretation belongs to Cloudprointl.
