Can the order be canceled or modified?
Once the order is paid, the system will process the shipment within 1-3 working days. If the order has not been shipped, you can contact the online customer service to apply for cancellation or modification, but there may be situations that cannot be changed during the order processing. What if there is a problem during the payment process?

Delivery and logistics
How long does it take for our delivery?
The estimated delivery time is 7-15 working days. Please note that special holidays or force majeure may cause delivery delays. We will notify you of the latest situation in a timely manner.
How to check logistics information?
After shipment, we will send the logistics tracking number to your registered email address. You can check the delivery status in real time through the Cloudprointl website or the logistics service provider platform.
What should I do if the order is not delivered on time?
In case of delivery delay, it is recommended that you check the detailed status through the logistics platform first; if you have not received the goods for a long time, please contact our customer service team, we will assist you in inquiring and handling related issues.
Returns and refunds
How to apply for a return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received or find quality problems, please submit a return or exchange application through team@cloudprointl.com within 30 days after signing for it, and attach photos of the goods and detailed descriptions.
What conditions must be met to apply for a return or exchange?
The goods are unused, kept in new condition, and come with complete original packaging, labels, tags, protective films, accessories and instructions;
The return and exchange application must be submitted within the prescribed 30 days;
Customized, final promotional products and personalized products (except for quality problems) generally do not support returns and exchanges.
What is the specific process for returns and exchanges?
Application submission: Contact online customer service or send an email to explain the problem and provide photos.
Review confirmation: We will review your application within 1-3 working days and inform you of the results by email.
Returning goods: After the review is passed, please return the goods to the address provided by the customer service and keep the logistics certificate.
Refund or exchange: After confirming that the goods meet the return and exchange conditions, we will start the refund or exchange procedure; the refund is generally returned to the original payment account within 10 working days, and the exchanged goods will be reissued within 7 working days.
How to bear the return shipping cost?
If you return the goods for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs;
If the return is due to product quality problems or delivery errors, Cloudprointl will bear the shipping costs incurred by the return (designated logistics services must be used).
